National YoungArts Foundation (YoungArts) brings together the most accomplished artists, industry leaders and notable alumni for the organization’s largest annual fundraiser—the Backyard Ball performance and gala on Saturday, January 12.
On Saturday, December 15, as the skies opened to a beautiful evening, more than 250 art patrons, artists, cultural influencers and philanthropists gathered for the Bass Ball. The annual fundraising gala is among the most anticipated events of the season and supports the museum’s education and exhibition programs. Guests enjoyed a fashionable evening, hosted by CHANEL, including a special performance by Amber Mark and tunes by DJ Frank Delour. After a dusk-lit cocktail hour in Collins Park, creatively dressed patrons were seated for an elegant meal where they enjoyed remarks by George Lindemann, President of the Board of Directors of The Bass, Silvia Karman Cubiñá, Executive Director of The Bass, Tom Murphy, Member of the Board of Directors of The Bass, and Alberto Ibargüen, President and CEO of the John S. and James L. Celebrate the 30th Annual Easterseals South Florida Festival of Chefs this Wednesday, November 14th at Jungle Island at 6:30 p.m. featuring food tastings from the top chefs and restaurants in town.
The annual event pays tribute to South Florida’s culinary scene with an evening of featured signature dishes, wine & spirit tastings, silent auction and entertainment, all to benefit the Easterseals South Florida Culinary Arts High School, a vocational training program for students with autism and other disabilities. At Festival of Chefs, Easterseals culinary students showcase their abilities with a signature dish and hospitality. Food tastings will be accompanied by a variety of wines and spirits.

The Signature Chefs Auction presented by Goya® to benefit the March of Dimes is returning for its 21st star-studded year on Wednesday, November 7. One of the area’s most popular food & wine fundraisers, the event will feature more than a dozen top local chefs as well as amazing wines, cocktails and auction items.
