There’s no better way to toast the season than with a martini in hand, a little swing in your step, and Sinatra in the air. This Thanksgiving weekend, JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa invites guests to celebrate Ol’ Blue Eyes in grand style as acclaimed crooner Michael Martocci returns with his 20-piece orchestra — joined by dynamic performer Peter Lemongello, Jr. — for an unforgettable night of American songbook classics on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 8 p.m. in the King Ballroom.

Michael Martocci

It’s the kind of night that makes you want to dress to the nines and sip something classic — think velvet tuxes, martinis, and a little “Fly Me to the Moon.” Guests will be serenaded by the timeless American songbook, featuring Frank Sinatra’s most iconic hits, performed by Martocci — widely hailed as the premier Sinatra tribute artist. His album A Man & His Music brings many of Sinatra’s original arrangements to life, making this evening as authentic as it is unforgettable.

Peter Lemongello Jr.

The show opens with the dynamic Peter Lemongello, Jr., whose high-energy mix of music, comedy, and impressions has earned rave reviews — The New York Times calls his performance “a must-see to be believed.” Expect powerhouse vocals, dazzling showmanship, and a touch of Rat Pack charisma.

The multimedia experience will feature rare Sinatra footage and the lush orchestrations fans know and love — a full sensory celebration of the Chairman of the Board.

Make a night of it with dinner at Turnberry’s award-winning restaurants, Bourbon Steak or Corsair Kitchen & Bar (reservations strongly encouraged), and take advantage of discounted valet at $15.

Tickets:

VIP Package: $100 (includes reserved seating in the first four rows + one complimentary drink) General Reserved: $80 Turnberry Isle Country Club members: VIP tickets starting at $75

Electric Energy, Endless Dancing: Amigos Night Returns October 18

Posted by Mary Jo Almeida-Shore On October - 13 - 2025

If there’s one party we look forward to all year, it’s Amigos Night—the city’s most electric, feel-good bash that proves philanthropy and fun can absolutely share a dance floor. On Saturday, October 18, The Hangar at Regatta Harbour in Coconut Grove will transform into a whirlwind of lights, music, and Miami magic as Amigos For Kids hosts its signature fundraiser to support children and families across the city. This can’t miss event features an A-list crowd, red-carpet welcome, irresistible bites from Miami’s top restaurants, handcrafted cocktails flowing courtesy of Bacardi USA, and music that makes dancing shoes de rigueur.

As the evening unfolds, guests will enjoy traditions like “Domino Park” that bring an unmistakable hometown flair, while surprise shout-outs and heartfelt moments celebrate the community leaders who make it all possible. When Miami’s high-energy band Extasy hits the stage the dance floor erupts into motion, culminating in a wild hora loca.

Amigos Night is a party—but it’s also a worthy effort. Every ticket, every toast, every dance step fuels Amigos For Kids’ mission to provide after-school programs, parent education, and wraparound support for families in need. Glamorous, heartfelt, and unapologetically fun, Amigos Night captures the very soul of Miami: community, compassion, and contagious rhythm.
