Grgich Hills Estate 40th Anniversary of the Judgement of Paris Tasting at Vizcaya
Join Grgich Hills Estate in celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the Judgement of Paris Tasting at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. It was the Chardonnay that Miljenko “Mike” Grgich crafted for Chateau Montelena that won the famous Judgement of Paris Tasting in 1976. This momentous verdict, where two Napa Valley wines took first place in a blind tasting beating the best of France, placed Napa Valley on the global wine map. Mike Grgich, along with Austin Hills, opened Grgich Hills Estate the following year. Guests will enjoy a memorable evening filled with wines personally selected from Mike’s cellar to accompany a multi-course dinner, followed by live music and dancing.
