StripSteak by Michael Mina introduces a lavish Sunday Brunch, putting a fresh spin on the brunch concept for the legendary Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel.  Offered every Sunday, for $68 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, guests will be greeted with the restaurant’s signature cocktail, the fizzy Bellboy, before indulging in freshly baked breads, choice of appetizer and entrée, an endless circulating seafood cart and a bountiful dessert station complete with artisanal pastries and Greek yogurt parfait bar. Additional small plates such as Truffled Mac & Cheese, Michael Mina’s Famous Duck Fat Fries and Tempura Maitake Mushrooms with Salted Plum are available for the table to share for an additional $8 each.
