The Strawberry and Watermelon Salad layered with heirloom tomatoes, avocado, whipped chévre, candied pistachios, cotija croutons, and a sprinkle of tajin is a refreshing treat. And the Wild Caught Bay Scallops are served with truffle gnocchi, roasted tomatoes, summer corn butter, and a hint of lemon chili oil.
New seasonal sips include the Watermelon Daiquirita, The Way of Tea (a mix of pineapple-soaked Ketel One, matcha coconut sour, and lavender cold foam), and the refreshingly creative Honeydew Highball.
