Miami Children’s Museum Not So Scary Family Halloween Bashhalloween

Once again the Miami Children’s Museum (MCM) is bringing Halloween’s most fun event to South Florida. It’s the fantastic Not So Scary Family Halloween Bash Sunday, October 16th from 1 to 6PM, 980 MacArthur Causeway on Watson Island. This event will be your child’s highlight of the costume season.  Your little goblins will trick or treat around the Museum’s galleries, brave the Haunted House, test their knowledge in the Mad Scientist Lab and create crazed crafts. Admission is just $50.00 per person. The Butcher Shop Arts & Kegs Series

The Butcher Shop is continuing its highly acclaimed Arts & Kegs series on Thursday, October 27th, 2016 with a special Halloween pumpkin painting edition! 25 pumpkins will be given out on a first come, first serve basis to locals, artists and visitors alike.  To participate, contestants must purchase a liter and The Butcher Shop will provide a pumpkin, paint and brushes. Once each work of art is completed, a photo of each pumpkin will be uploaded to a Facebook album on The Butcher Shop’s page and the two contestants with the most “likes” will win. First place will be awarded a $100 gift certificate to The Butcher Shop and the second place winner will receive a $ $50 gift certificate. *Gift certificates exclude retail.
