Amigos For Kids joined MIYO Home to host the 2014 official launch event for the annual ING Miami Celebrity Domino Night on Thursday, April 3rd at the elegant, one-of a kind furniture store, owned by the equally enchanting,  Fati Rosenberg.  MIYO Home hosted the intimate cocktail reception to unveil Untouchedby Noelia Madiedo, a captivating exhibition of travel photography. The event, in collaboration with Amigos For Kids, Miami-based non-profit organization committed to child abuse awareness and prevention, also kicked off the upcoming annual ING Miami Celebrity Domino Night. MIYO Home donated a percentage of the evenings proceeds to Amigos For Kids.

The event was by far a huge success, said Rosenberg, Owner of MIYO Home. The marriage between MIYO Home and Noelias works was a perfect match and guests immediately felt the passion and emotion conveyed through each piece. It was truly gratifying and an extreme privilege to support Amigos For Kids in their mission to raise awareness of child abuse.

Notable guests in attendance included: Fati Rosenberg, Stephanie Jourdan Pedron, Rosa Maria Plasencia, Jorge Plasencia, Louis Aguirre, Rony Seikaly, George & Christina Lindemann, Susie Wahab, Hello Campos, Cesar & Pamela Conde, Carole Seikaly, Dr. Julio Gallo, Natasha Dubarry, Marita Stavrou, Fernando Wong, Lorena & Evelio Gomez, Monica Kalpakian and Luly Valls among others.

Although not always accessible or easy to reach, Madiedo has traveled the globe to find and photograph these unique places that break the mold and manage to survive despite the pressures of modern mass culture. The exhibit features some of Madiedos most memorable and extraordinary pieces that explore all continents from the mystical Far East to the verdant landscape of the Cuban countryside and the frayed glory of old Havana. Madiedo personally introduced 25 limited and numbered works in editions of 19 that will be on display and available for purchase at MIYO Home until June 2014.
