The marquis event, the Chain of Survival Relay, pits teams from area schools against each other. They must complete a relay that incorporates the steps taken to save a life from sudden cardiac arrest. This year Simon’s Fund welcomes special guest speaker, Annie FitzPartick and Officer Jeff Sullivan. Earlier this year 19-year-old Annie suffered an episode of cardiac arrest in the parking lot of the Penn Valley Wawa.
