Paula Deen charmed her fans at the Valley Forge Casino. She showed off her slim and trim physique while cooking up delicious recipes from her current cookbook Paula Deen Cuts the Fat. Deen, along with her husband Michael Groover, shared with the audience personal stories about her 42 pound weight loss, the amazing experience on Dancing with the Stars, and her battle with diabetes. Guests were then treated to a book signing and presentation at Valley Beach.

Creed stars Sylvester Stallone, Michael B. Jordan, Tessa Thomson and the film’s writer/director Ryan Coogler (Fruitvale Station) joined Mayor Michael Nutter and Philadelphia Film Office Executive Director Sharon Pinkenson on the infamous “Rocky Steps” at the Philadelphia Museum of Art for a special press conference.
