The critically-acclaimed J&G Grill at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is delighted to kick off its first Guest Chef Dinner Series by welcoming Executive Chef Maycoll Calderon of J&G Grill Mexico City on Thursday, March 19. Calderon will prepare a four-course menu made with the finest regional ingredients and flavors inspired by his location in Mexico City.  The St. Regis Bal Harbour’s Guest Chef Series will continue this spring with two “dueling chefs” events featuring Juan Peña, Chef de Cuisine of Fern Restaurant in Puerto Rico, in April and Anthony Ricco, Chef de Cuisine of Spice Market in New York City in May.
